No measuring cups needed—just good beef, a little patience, and a taste along the way.

Summer Steak SaladFor best results, use a fresh, vine-ripened tomato, sweet onions and fresh sweet corn cut off the cob. We recommend cold Meadow Tea as a complimentary beverage, but lemonade will work if you don’t have the good stuff. 😉
Sweet Pepper Beef PoppersTasty “poppers” are made various ways by many good chefs. Here is a slightly different approach. I use a mild pepper which is about the length of a hotdog bun. You can serve it in a bun or by itself. Either way, they are delicious, and are appreciated by those who do not care for the heat of jalapeño.
Sirloin Steak StroganoffBeef Stroganoff is sometimes made in America using ground beef. That is okay, as that recipe is very tasty and easy to make. But if you really want a good Stroganoff dish, you should use sirloin steak cut into strips or bite-size bites. The Stroganov family in Russia, from whence the recipe is believed to have originated, used sirloin steak, not ground beef.
Quinoa Steak KabobsAny type of steak or roast can be used for this recipe. If you can cut the beef into 1″ cubes, you will be successful.
Mediterranean Steak SaladWe used zucchini to make the noodles, but you can also use spaghetti squash. Another thing that would work is real noodles made with pasta, but then you lose the low carb and gluten free aspect.
Father’s Day BreakfastNot much in the way of ingredients or directions is needed here. Virtually everyone knows how to make toast, eggs and home fries. All that’s left is to grill the steak and create an attractive presentation on the plate.
Brown Sugar Brisket ChileThere are dozens of ways to make Chile, and many of them are quite good. We have discovered a few things that elevate our recipe above some of the others. “Carne” means “meat”, and good Chile Con Carne is best when the right meat is used.
