We used zucchini to make the noodles, but you can also use spaghetti squash. Another thing that would work is real noodles made with pasta, but then you lose the low carb and gluten free aspect.

 2 Flat iron steaks (although most any steak would work)
 ½ cup Pitted kalamata olives
 ½ cup Cherry tomatoes
 ¼ cup Greek or Italian dressing
 ½ cup Feta cheese
 2 Zucchini squash
 2 tbsp Butter

Cut the zucchini into strips the size of noodles.

Put into a colander, sprinkle with salt and let set for 30 minutes.

Melt butter in a frying pan, then add zucchini and sauté for 2 minutes.

Add tomatoes, olives and dressing. Sauté for 1 more minute.

Put the entire contents in a casserole pan and put in the oven on "warm".

Season your steaks with salt and pepper.

Grill steaks to desired temperature.

Remove steaks from grill and cut into slices.

Remove zucchini from oven and add Feta cheese. Mix.

Arrange zucchini on plate.

Arrange slices of steak on plate and ENJOY!
